The nRF54L05, together with the nRF54L15 and nRF54L10, constitutes the nRF54L series. All wireless SoCs in the nRF54L series integrate ultra-low power multi-protocol 2.4GHz radio and MCU (Microcontroller Unit) functions, equipped with a 128MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor and a comprehensive set of peripherals. This series offers a variety of package and memory size options, and features a pin-compatible QFN package. The nRF54L05 is suitable for products that use Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, Zigbee and proprietary 2.4GHz protocols. It features the smallest memory option in the series, equipped with 0.5MB non-volatile memory (NVM) and 96KB RAM, and is optimized for cost-sensitive applications. The nRF54L10 and nRF54L15 can support more functions and wireless protocols.
